Managing Admin and User Roles

Roles control what each user can access.

Roles:

  1. Admin: Full control over platform, reports, users
  2. Manager: Access to their own team’s data
  3. User: Learners only, can’t manage others

Steps to change role:

  1. Go to Team > Users
  2. Click on the user's name
  3. Choose new role from dropdown
  4. Save changes
